Which European markets can you reach with GAPLI in 2026?

Do the new EU customs rules affect cross-border dropshipping from Poland?

Only if your goods come from outside the EU. Since 1 July 2026 the EU charges a flat €3 per item category on low-value parcels imported from third countries, until 1 July 2028 (Council of the EU). A parcel a wholesaler sends from Poland to Czechia or Hungary stays inside the EU and pays no duty.

How does selling on allegro.cz, allegro.sk and allegro.hu work?

Allegro calls it "list once, sell everywhere". You do not create separate offers for each country: an offer on allegro.pl is submitted for sharing on a foreign site when its shipping rate table includes a delivery option to that country, and it appears there if it meets the site's requirements. Each site has its own language and currency.

The rules come from Allegro's help centre on sharing offers on foreign markets:

Four costs grow when the buyer is in another country: marketplace commission, currency conversion, delivery and returns. Customs does not, as long as goods ship from the EU. Who handles VAT on foreign sales?

Within the EU, once a business's distance sales of goods to consumers in other member states exceed €10,000 a year, VAT is due in the buyer's country, according to the European Commission, and the One Stop Shop lets it be declared in one quarterly return. When you sell through GAPLI, GAPLI eCommerce PSA is the seller towards the customer and issues the invoice in KSeF, so the customer invoice and the VAT on it come from GAPLI, not from you.

How should you personalise offers for each marketplace?

Adapt five things per marketplace: language, currency, title, product parameters and the delivery promise. Copying a Polish offer word for word to another country rarely works. Buyers search in their own language, every marketplace has its own title rules and required parameters, and the delivery time must reflect shipping from Poland.

What makes a foreign offer convert?

Three habits help regardless of channel. Put the product type and key parameter at the start of the title, because a translated title gets cut at the same 75 characters. Check that the EAN is correct, since Allegro matches offers to product cards by it and products without an EAN are not listed automatically. And state a realistic delivery time to the buyer's country, not the domestic one.

How do returns from foreign customers work?

The same as domestic ones, only slower. A consumer can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery (UOKiK). In GAPLI the buyer reports the return in the sales channel and sends goods to the return address in the offer; the refund goes through the marketplace and commission on returned items is cancelled.

Returned goods go to GAPLI's Virtual Warehouse. Until they are resold or sent back to the wholesaler, their gross wholesale cost is frozen in your e-Wallet, and any seller can sell them again. When is commission from foreign orders paid out?

The same rule applies to every order: commission becomes available after the order is marked "Fulfilled" (delivered) and the 14-day customer protection period has passed. Released commission first fills the security buffer — on the Polish market 500 PLN per store and 200 PLN per marketplace account — and only then reaches your payable balance.

Are eMAG and eBay ready for cross-border sales through GAPLI?

Not yet at full scale. Both are beta integrations: they work, but their scope may still change and access is not yet open to everyone. As of 8 Oct 2026 no order has gone through GAPLI's eMAG integration, and eBay connection is not yet enabled for Polish-market sellers. Treat both as upcoming options, not your main channel.

Start with Allegro, because it is the only live channel that reaches foreign buyers through a marketplace. Connect a business Allegro account, list products from the catalogue, make sure your shipping rate table includes delivery to Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary, and fund the Fulfilment Pool. Then watch margins per site before you add more products.

1. Create a GAPLI account and add a store. For Allegro alone a virtual store is enough — no domain or hosting.
2. Connect a business Allegro account through OAuth, with two-step verification switched on.
3. Pick products from the catalogue — 980,891 products in stock from 161 active wholesalers, as of 8 Oct 2026.
4. Check delivery to each country. Offers are shared abroad only when a delivery option to that country is available.
5. Fund the Fulfilment Pool (50 to 50,000 per top-up). An Allegro order is paid from the Pool with the amount after commission; if the Pool is empty, the order waits.

Do I need a company in Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary to sell there via Allegro?

No. Allegro lets a business account from Poland share its offers on allegro.cz, allegro.sk and allegro.hu, provided they meet each site's requirements. In GAPLI you connect that same business Allegro account; foreign prices are converted for you.

Can I sell to Romania or Germany through GAPLI?

Not through a live channel yet. Romania is covered by the eMAG integration and Germany by the eBay integration, and both are in beta; eBay connection is not yet enabled for Polish-market sellers. Live channels are Allegro, Erli, Aderlo, WooCommerce and Shopify.

Will exchange rate changes affect my prices on allegro.cz?

Yes. Foreign prices in GAPLI are converted from PLN at the NBP rate, so they follow the exchange rate. Allegro also charges commission in the currency of the site where the sale happened, which is why margins should be checked per site.

Are cross-border returns handled differently?

No. The buyer has the same 14 days from delivery to withdraw, reports the return in the sales channel and sends goods to the return address in the offer. The only practical difference is time: a longer return trip keeps the wholesale cost frozen in your e-Wallet for longer.
