§ 1. What are cookies?

1. Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device while using the GAPLI Platform available at https://gapli.com.
2. Cookies enable, among others, the proper functioning of the website, remembering User preferences, analysing traffic and measuring marketing effectiveness.

§ 2. Types of cookies used

The GAPLI Platform may use the following types of cookies:

1. Essential – required for the proper functioning of the site and its functionalities (e.g. login, e-Wallet, order processing).
2. Functional – allow remembering User preferences (e.g. language, store settings).
3. Analytical – collect statistical information on how the Platform is used (e.g. Google Analytics).
4. Marketing – used for content personalization, targeted advertising and measuring campaign effectiveness.
5. Third-party cookies – e.g. from payment service providers, marketplace integrations or marketing tools.

§ 3. Purposes of using cookies

1. Ensuring security and continuity of User sessions.
2. Improving the use of the Platform and adapting it to User needs.
3. Analysing traffic and statistics to improve service quality.
4. Personalising content and displaying tailored marketing offers.

§ 4. Managing cookies

1. Users may change cookie settings in their web browsers at any time, including blocking automatic cookie storage.
2. Limiting the use of cookies may, however, affect the functionality of the GAPLI Platform and some of its services.

§ 5. Third-party cookies

1. The Platform may use cookies from entities cooperating with GAPLI, in particular payment service providers (PSPs), analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads) and marketplace integrations.
2. These entities apply their own cookie policies, available on their websites.

§ 6. Changes to the Cookie Policy

1. GAPLI reserves the right to amend this Cookie Policy in the event of:
   a) changes in applicable law,
   b) decisions or guidelines issued by supervisory authorities,
   c) introduction of new functionalities or services on the Platform,
   d) the need to clarify or update the Policy.
2. Amendments shall take effect no earlier than 15 days after being published on https://gapli.com
