You connect a Shopify store exactly the way you connect WooCommerce. Install the GAPLI app, pick products from the catalogue — stock, prices, orders and shipments then move between the store and the panel automatically.
One-click installation
You click “Connect”, confirm the installation of the GAPLI app in your store, and the channel is ready. Nothing to upload to a server — Shopify does not need it.
Products from the GAPLI catalogue
You push ready product cards straight to the store. Prices are calculated from your own margin rules — the same ones the other channels use.
Stock and prices without you
Synchronisation runs on a schedule and covers only the SKUs that actually changed — the store never waits for the whole catalogue to be recalculated.

An order placed in the store reaches GAPLI by webhook the moment it is created. A scheduled reconciliation picks up whatever the webhook failed to deliver.

Invoices and connection monitoring
KSeF invoices reach the customer just as they do on the WooCommerce channel, and the state of the store connection is visible in the Operations Centre.
Stocking the store from an n8n flow
GAPLI ships its own n8n node — the flow gives you the catalogue, wholesalers, orders and the list of your stores. Stocking a store, Shopify included, is triggered from that same flow, so the whole automation closes inside n8n without writing an integration of your own.
- Product content personalisation (PIM) does not reach Shopify yet — a changed title or description lands on the card when the product is pushed again.
- Variant products are pushed as simple ones for now.
- The app is not listed in the Shopify App Store — you install it from a link in the GAPLI panel.
