What do you get for free?
You get the account and the Start plan with 1 store for free, plus 1,000 products in every store. Even on the free plan you can connect every live sales channel: Allegro, Erli, Aderlo, WooCommerce and Shopify. You pay nothing for warehousing or stock up front — you pay for an order only after the customer has paid for it. No payment card is needed to open an account.
In preparation (beta, under construction or planned): eMAG, Empik, Kaufland, TikTok Shop, eBay, Magento and PrestaShop. These channels are not part of the plans until they work for everyone.
How much does a higher product limit cost?
The product limit applies to each store separately, and every channel connected to a store uses that limit independently. Only active listings count. Without extra packages a store has 1,000 products. Packages from 2.99 USD to 159.99 USD a month raise the limit to 200,000 products per store.
| Package | Products per store | Monthly subscription | One-off for one month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | 0.00 USD | — |
| Basic | 2,000 | 2.99 USD | 3.99 USD |
| Standard | 6,000 | 15.99 USD | 19.99 USD |
| PRO | 15,000 | 22.99 USD | 27.99 USD |
| Business | 30,000 | 36.99 USD | 42.99 USD |
| Enterprise | 50,000 | 59.99 USD | 69.99 USD |
| Enterprise XL | 100,000 | 89.99 USD | 105.99 USD |
| MegaCore | 200,000 | 159.99 USD | 179.99 USD |
How much does a seller earn on an order?
The seller receives 70% of the profit on every fulfilled order and GAPLI 30%. Profit is the net sale price minus the wholesale cost of the goods, operating costs and the marketplace commission. Your share lands in the e-Wallet as commission and becomes available for payout once the order is marked “Fulfilled” and the 14-day customer protection period has passed.
Seller commission has two parts. Part 1 is the marketplace commission: Allegro or Erli deducts it from the payout to your account, and GAPLI settles it with you by offset — which is why you pass on to GAPLI the amount after that deduction. Part 2 is the transaction commission that GAPLI transfers to your bank account. If the customer withdraws from the purchase within 14 days, the commission on the returned items is cancelled.
Example: how is a single order settled?
Below is the settlement of one Allegro order. It is a worked example with rounded amounts — it shows the mechanism and is not a promise of earnings. Your real result depends on the price, the cost of goods and the commission of the channel.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Customer pays on Allegro (gross, incl. 23% VAT) | 200.00 PLN |
| Allegro commission deducted from the payout | 20.00 PLN |
| Allegro pays out to your account | 180.00 PLN |
| You pass on to GAPLI from the Fulfilment Pool | 180.00 PLN |
| Net revenue (PLN 200 ÷ 1.23) | 162.60 PLN |
| Wholesale cost of goods (net) | 90.00 PLN |
| Operating costs | 6.00 PLN |
| Order profit (net − goods − costs − commission) | 46.60 PLN |
| GAPLI share (30% of profit) | 13.98 PLN |
| Commission Part 1 — Allegro commission, settled by offset | 20.00 PLN |
| Commission Part 2 — paid out to you (70% of profit) | 32.62 PLN |
The example leaves out delivery: the shipping fee paid by the customer covers the parcel and does not change the profit. Part 1 does not reach you as cash — it is the commission Allegro has already kept.
The order of money flows in this example
- The customer pays 200.00 PLN on Allegro.
- Allegro pays 180.00 PLN out to your account, i.e. the amount after commission.
- The Fulfilment Pool pays for the order automatically with 180.00 PLN. If the commission is not known yet at that moment, the Pool takes 200.00 PLN and 20.00 PLN returns to the Pool once Allegro reports it — usually within 2–3 days, occasionally up to 3 weeks.
- GAPLI forwards the order to the wholesaler, which ships the goods directly to the customer.
- After delivery GAPLI issues the customer’s invoice, and the 32.62 PLN commission waits in the e-Wallet for the 14-day protection period.
- After 14 days the commission first tops up the security buffer (if it is not full) and the rest becomes available for payout to your bank account.
How much do sellers actually earn?
Over the last 90 days the commission paid out to sellers (Part 2) averaged 9.7% on Allegro (2,798 orders) and 7.0% on Erli (74 orders) of the amount paid by customers. This is an average across all sellers, calculated live from the GAPLI database — not a promise. Your result depends on your products, prices and channel.
| Channel | Orders | Part 2 / order value |
|---|---|---|
| Allegro | 2,798 | 9.7% |
| Erli | 74 | 7.0% |
Paid, non-cancelled orders placed in the last 90 days, in PLN; channels with at least 30 orders. GAPLI database, as of 11 October 2026.
What are the Fulfilment Pool and the security buffer?
The Fulfilment Pool is your balance at GAPLI from which you pay for marketplace orders — the customer’s money first lands in your Allegro or Erli account, while GAPLI provides the goods and their shipping. You top up the Pool by bank transfer with a reference generated in the dashboard (from 50 to 50,000 in the market currency per top-up). Paying for orders from the Pool is automatic.
The security buffer is the part of your commission that the e-Wallet holds back to cover returns and adjustments: 500.00 PLN per store and 200.00 PLN per marketplace account (Polish market, configuration in the GAPLI database). The buffer fills up from released commission before it reaches your payable balance, and it is released when a store stops selling.
How do you pay for a plan and who issues the invoice?
You pay for a plan in USD via Stripe: monthly by subscription, or once for a single month with no automatic renewal. Invoices for plans and packages are issued by the platform owner, GAPLI GLOBAL LTD (London, Companies House no. 16429382). Orders and commission are settled by the operating company in your country — see “How it works”.
