How GAPLI works

GAPLI is a full-dropshipping platform. You sell on your Allegro, Erli or Aderlo account or in your WooCommerce or Shopify store, the wholesaler ships the goods directly to the customer, and GAPLI connects both sides: it publishes the listings, forwards the orders, issues the invoices and settles the money. You hold no stock and run no warehouse.

Who does what in GAPLI?

Every order has three parties. You, the seller, run the sales channel and pay for marketplace orders. The wholesaler holds the stock and ships it to the customer. GAPLI supplies the catalogue, publishes and updates listings, forwards orders, tracks parcels, issues invoices, handles returns and calculates your commission.

How does an order flow, step by step?

An order goes through eight steps. GAPLI automation performs most of them — your part is to keep funds in the Fulfilment Pool if you sell on Allegro or Erli.

  1. The customer buys and pays. The customer buys a product on your marketplace account or in your online store and pays for the order.
  2. GAPLI fetches the order. GAPLI automatically fetches the paid order from the sales channel.
  3. Paying for the order. For an Allegro or Erli account, the Fulfilment Pool automatically pays for the order with the amount after the marketplace commission. In an online store the customer’s payment goes straight to GAPLI’s account, so this step does not apply.
  4. Forwarding to the wholesaler. GAPLI forwards the order to the wholesaler that holds the goods.
  5. Shipping to the customer. The wholesaler packs and ships the goods directly to the customer. The tracking number is added to the order in the sales channel.
  6. Delivery. GAPLI tracks the parcel. Once the carrier or the marketplace confirms delivery, the order is marked “Fulfilled”.
  7. Customer invoice. After delivery GAPLI issues the invoice in KSeF (the Polish national e-invoicing system) and delivers it to the customer through the sales channel or by email.
  8. Commission ready for payout. After the 14-day customer protection period your commission in the e-Wallet becomes available for payout to your verified bank account.

How does the money flow?

On Allegro and Erli the customer’s money first lands in your account, because that is how these marketplaces work. You pass it on to GAPLI through the Fulfilment Pool — the amount after the marketplace commission. GAPLI pays the wholesaler for the goods and splits the order profit: 70% for you, 30% for GAPLI. Your share waits in the e-Wallet until delivery plus the 14-day customer protection period.

In an online store the customer pays through a payment gateway chosen by GAPLI and the money goes directly to GAPLI’s account. You pass nothing on — you receive the commission calculated in your e-Wallet.

Who issues invoices and who is your contract with?

The platform is owned by GAPLI GLOBAL LTD (London) — the party to the Terms of Service and the issuer of plan invoices. Operations in Poland are run by GAPLI eCommerce PSA (NIP 6343069336, KRS 0001229693): your seller agreement is with this company, and it invoices customers and settles your commission.

What happens when a customer returns an order?

The customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. They report the return in the sales channel and send the goods to the return address in the listing. The money is refunded to the customer through the marketplace, and the commission on the returned items is cancelled.

If the refund is paid from your marketplace account, the Fulfilment Pool gives you back the amount it took for the returned items. If GAPLI covers the refund, the Pool balance does not change.

Returned goods go to the Virtual Warehouse. Until they are resold or sent back to the wholesaler, their wholesale cost (gross) is frozen in your e-Wallet. Returned goods go back on sale and any seller can sell them — once sold, the hold is released.

Which sales channels does GAPLI support?

Live today: Allegro, Erli, Aderlo, WooCommerce and Shopify. In beta: eMAG, Empik, TikTok Shop and eBay — access is not yet open to everyone. The status of each channel comes from the GAPLI channel register and changes when a channel moves from beta to full operation.

Where do the products come from?

Products come from wholesalers working with GAPLI and from goods owned by GAPLI. We do not publish wholesaler names — sellers see products, prices and stock, while GAPLI manages the supplier relationship. As of 11 October 2026 the catalogue had 987,186 products available for sale from 161 active wholesalers (GAPLI database).
