Selling on many channels from one panel

It is selling the same range on many channels at once: marketplaces (Allegro, Erli, Empik, eMAG…), your own store and social commerce. To make it work you need one source of stock and prices — otherwise you sell the same last item twice — and one place for orders, messages and shipping.

“Multichannel selling” covers two different kinds of solution, and it is worth telling them apart before you choose.

1. One account, many channels. In the GAPLI panel you create a store and connect marketplace accounts or an online store to it. Your plan sets how many stores you run.
2. One catalogue. You pick products from the partner wholesaler catalogue and GAPLI lists them on the connected channels.
3. Shared stock. The wholesaler feed is the source of stock. A sale on one channel reserves the goods, and stock on other accounts drops within minutes.
4. Prices from one policy. GAPLI sets the selling price from the wholesale price and a margin policy, separately for channels with different commissions.
5. Orders in one place. Orders from all channels land in one list in the panel; GAPLI forwards them to the wholesalers.
6. Shipping and statuses. The wholesaler ships the goods and the tracking number goes back to the order in the sales channel. GAPLI tracks the parcel until delivery.
7. Messages and invoices. Buyer messages from Allegro and Erli are in one inbox in the panel. GAPLI issues the KSeF invoice after delivery.

Your plan sets the number of stores, and you connect marketplace accounts to a store. The free Start plan includes 1 store, the MAX plan has no store limit. Every sales channel is included in every plan. The product limit applies to each store separately.

• You cannot sell your own goods through GAPLI: accounts and stores connected to GAPLI sell products from its catalogue on GAPLI’s behalf.
• It does not run your warehouse, print courier labels or connect to couriers for you — the wholesaler ships.
• It does not support channels outside the GAPLI register. If you need, say, Amazon or dozens of foreign markets with your own stock, choose a multichannel sales system.
