Getting started
Is opening a GAPLI account free?
Yes. The account and the Start plan cost 0.00 USD, and you need no payment card to sign up. The free plan includes 1 store, and every store gets 1,000 products at no charge. You pay only when you want more stores or a higher product limit.
Do I need a registered business to sell with GAPLI?
On Allegro, Erli and other marketplaces — yes. The seller agreement requires a registered business, because marketplaces require business accounts. Without a business you can run an online store in the GAPLI partner programme; GAPLI then reports the commission paid to you on a PIT-11 tax information form as income from other sources.
Do I need to buy stock or have a warehouse?
No. The goods are held by the wholesaler, which ships them directly to the customer. You pay for a marketplace order only after the customer has paid for it — from the Fulfilment Pool, with the amount after the marketplace commission. In an online store you pass nothing on, because the customer pays GAPLI directly.
Which sales channels can I connect?
Live today: Allegro, Erli, Aderlo, WooCommerce and Shopify. You can connect each of them on every plan, including the free one. In beta: eMAG, Empik, TikTok Shop and eBay — access is not yet open to everyone.
Where do the products come from and how many are there?
Products come from wholesalers working with GAPLI and from goods owned by GAPLI. As of 11 October 2026 the catalogue had 987,186 products available for sale from 161 active wholesalers (GAPLI database).
How many products can I list?
Without extra packages every store has a limit of 1,000 products. The limit applies to each store separately, every channel connected to a store uses it independently, and only active listings count. Packages from 2.99 USD to 159.99 USD a month raise the limit to 200,000 products per store.
Pricing and settlements
How much does GAPLI cost?
The basic plan is free and paid plans cost from 9.99 USD to 99.99 USD a month. The plan sets the number of stores; every live sales channel is included in every plan. A higher product limit is a separate package bought for a specific store. The full table is on the pricing page.
How much does a seller earn on one order?
The seller receives 70% of the profit on every fulfilled order and GAPLI 30%. Profit is the net sale price minus the wholesale cost of the goods, operating costs and the marketplace commission. Over the last 90 days the commission paid out averaged 9.7% of the order value on Allegro — an average across all sellers, not a promise.
Does the Allegro or Erli commission come out of the seller’s pocket?
No. The marketplace deducts its commission from the payout to your account, and you pass on to GAPLI the amount after that deduction. In the settlement this commission is Part 1 of your commission (“Commission paid”), settled by offset; Part 2 is the transaction commission GAPLI transfers to you once the order is fulfilled.
What is the Fulfilment Pool and how do I top it up?
The Fulfilment Pool is your balance at GAPLI from which you pay for orders from Allegro and Erli accounts — because the customer’s money first lands in your marketplace account. You top it up by bank transfer with a reference generated in the dashboard, from 50 to 50,000 in the market currency per top-up. When the Pool has funds, orders are paid automatically.
Why did the Fulfilment Pool take the full order amount instead of the amount after commission?
Because the marketplace commission was not yet known when the order was paid. Allegro reports it with a delay, so the Pool takes the full amount paid by the customer and returns the commission automatically once the marketplace reports it — usually within 2–3 days, occasionally up to 3 weeks. When the commission is known straight away, the Pool takes the amount after commission from the start.
Can I withdraw money from the Fulfilment Pool?
Yes. The Pool balance is your own top-ups and refunds — you can request a payout. Funds reserved for buyer refunds that have not been made yet only block paying for further orders. Keep in mind that without funds in the Pool, new marketplace orders wait for payment and are not sent to the wholesaler.
When can I withdraw my commission?
Once the order is marked “Fulfilled” and the 14-day customer protection period has passed. The commission then moves to the available balance in your e-Wallet and you submit a payout request. Your payout bank account must be verified once with a PLN 1 transfer carrying a code from the dashboard — without it a request cannot be submitted.
What is the security buffer and why is my payable amount lower than the commission earned?
The security buffer is the part of your commission the e-Wallet holds back to cover returns and adjustments. On the Polish market it is 500.00 PLN per store and 200.00 PLN per marketplace account (configuration in the GAPLI database). Released commission fills the buffer first and only then reaches your payable balance. The buffer is released when a store stops selling.
How do I invoice my commission and what about VAT?
You invoice your commission once a month, in one invoice, to GAPLI eCommerce PSA. Part 2 (transaction commission) is calculated net — if you are VAT-registered, you add VAT to it. Part 1 (marketplace commission) is an offset item: a VAT-registered seller shows it as net = amount deducted by the marketplace ÷ 1.23, a VAT-exempt seller shows the full amount. The basis for the invoice is shown in your e-Wallet.
In what currency do I pay for a plan and who issues the invoice?
Plans and packages are paid in USD via Stripe — by monthly subscription or once for a single month. The invoice is issued by the platform owner, GAPLI GLOBAL LTD (London).
Orders and shipping
Who ships the goods to the customer?
The wholesaler. GAPLI automatically fetches the paid order from the sales channel and forwards it to the wholesaler, which packs and ships the goods directly to the customer. The tracking number is added to the order in the sales channel and GAPLI tracks the parcel until delivery.
What does it mean when an order is waiting for the seller’s payment?
It means the Fulfilment Pool did not have enough funds to pay for a marketplace order. Such an order is not sent to the wholesaler until it is paid. Top up the Pool and the automation pays for the order by itself once the funds arrive.
Who issues the customer’s invoice and when?
GAPLI eCommerce PSA issues the invoice in KSeF (the Polish national e-invoicing system) once delivery is confirmed by the carrier or the marketplace. On Allegro the invoice is attached to the order and Allegro notifies the buyer; in other channels the customer receives it by email. You do not issue invoices to customers.
How often are product prices and stock updated?
Automatically, with no action from you: GAPLI pulls prices and stock from the wholesalers and applies the changes to the published listings. In the 24 hours before 11 October 2026 GAPLI updated 1,212,824 catalogue items (GAPLI database).
Returns
How do returns work and how does the customer get their money back?
The customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery by reporting a return in the sales channel and sending the goods to the return address in the listing. The money is refunded to the customer through the marketplace. If the refund is paid from your marketplace account, the Fulfilment Pool gives you back the amount it took for the returned items; if GAPLI covers the refund, the Pool balance does not change.
What happens to my commission when a customer returns the goods?
The commission on the returned items is cancelled. That is why commission becomes payable only 14 days after delivery — during that time the customer may withdraw from the purchase. On a partial return only the part of the commission attributable to the returned items is cancelled.
Why are some of my funds frozen after a return?
Because the returned goods go to the Virtual Warehouse and their wholesale cost (gross) is frozen in your e-Wallet. The hold is released when the goods are resold or sent back to the wholesaler. The money is not lost — it is temporarily blocked until the fate of the goods is settled.
Can other sellers’ returns affect my funds?
Yes, in one case: if you sell goods returned to another seller and your customer returns them too, the hold on the wholesale cost moves to you. It works both ways — every seller can sell your returns, so your funds are released sooner than if you waited for your own buyer.
Integrations
How do I connect a WooCommerce or Shopify store?
You connect a WooCommerce store with the GAPLI plugin for WordPress — the guide is in the documentation at gapli.com/docs. You connect a Shopify store through the Shopify integration in the GAPLI dashboard. Once connected, GAPLI sends products, prices and stock to the store and fetches its orders.
Can I sell abroad?
Yes. Through Allegro, GAPLI sells to: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Currencies are converted by the system. Channels in beta cover further markets: eMAG (Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary), Empik (Poland), TikTok Shop (Poland and United Kingdom) and eBay (United Kingdom and Germany).
Does GAPLI have an API and an n8n integration?
Yes. Every plan includes GAPLI API access — from 250 calls per minute on the Start plan to 5,000 on the MAX plan. For n8n there is a ready-made node, n8n-nodes-gapli, on npm. The API is described at gapli.com/en/api-info.
Can I run several stores or marketplace accounts?
Yes. The plan sets how many stores you can run, and you connect marketplace accounts to a store. The free plan includes 1 store, and the MAX plan has no store limit. The product limit applies to each store separately.
Company and trust
Who is behind GAPLI?
The GAPLI platform is owned by GAPLI GLOBAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House no. 16429382, 590 Kingston Road, London). Operations in Poland are run by GAPLI eCommerce PSA (NIP 6343069336, KRS 0001229693).
Who is my contract with?
The platform Terms of Service are issued by GAPLI GLOBAL LTD. If you sell on marketplaces, you sign an agency agreement with GAPLI eCommerce PSA in the dashboard. If you run an online store, you sign a partner programme agreement with GAPLI eCommerce PSA.
Who is the controller of my personal data?
GAPLI GLOBAL LTD — the platform owner, in every market. Details are in the privacy policy at gapli.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Why doesn’t GAPLI name its wholesalers?
Because GAPLI is the seller towards the customer and manages the supplier relationships. Sellers see products, prices, stock and fulfilment status, but GAPLI does not publish wholesaler names.
On whose behalf does a store or account connected to GAPLI sell?
On behalf of GAPLI. For the duration of the cooperation, stores and accounts connected to GAPLI sell GAPLI’s goods: GAPLI is the seller towards the customer and issues the invoice, while you act as an intermediary and earn commission on every sale.
