Dropshipping wholesalers in Poland

A dropshipping wholesaler ships goods directly to the seller’s customer, so the seller does not buy stock up front or run a warehouse. You can work with wholesalers on your own — signing contracts, connecting their product feeds and invoicing customers yourself — or sell from GAPLI partner wholesalers (160 active wholesalers in Poland), where GAPLI handles contracts, orders and invoices.

What is a dropshipping wholesaler?

It is a wholesaler that, besides selling in bulk, ships single orders directly to the customers of its partners’ stores and marketplace accounts. The seller lists the product, the customer pays, and the wholesaler packs and ships the goods — usually without its own branding on the parcel.

The wholesaler gives partners a catalogue: usually an XML, CSV or JSON file at a fixed address, sometimes an API. The file holds products, images, descriptions, wholesale prices and stock levels and is refreshed regularly.

What does working with a dropshipping wholesaler on your own involve?

On your own you are the seller: you buy goods from the wholesaler only after the customer orders, but you run the contract, settlements, invoices and returns yourself. The usual steps:

  1. You choose a wholesaler and sign a dropshipping agreement (often requiring a registered business).
  2. You connect the wholesaler’s product feed to your store or a multichannel sales system — yourself or through a ready-made integration.
  3. You set margins and make sure listing prices and stock keep up with the wholesaler’s feed.
  4. You pass every order to the wholesaler (by hand or automatically, if the integration supports it) and pay for the goods.
  5. You invoice the customer, handle returns and complaints, and settle with each wholesaler separately.

Tools for this kind of setup (stores with wholesaler integrations, multichannel sales systems) are compared on Compared: GAPLI, Droplo, Sky-Shop, Base, Apilo, Sellasist.

How do wholesalers work in GAPLI?

In GAPLI you do not look for wholesalers or sign contracts with them. You pick products from one catalogue, and GAPLI lists them on your sales channels, forwards each order to the wholesaler, pays it for the goods and invoices the customer. The wholesaler packs and ships the goods directly to the customer.

Why does GAPLI not publish wholesaler names?

Because GAPLI is the seller of record and manages the supplier relationship. Sellers see products, prices, stock and order status, but we do not publish wholesaler names.

How are wholesaler prices and stock kept up to date?

Automatically: GAPLI fetches wholesaler feeds on a set cycle and carries price and stock changes over to live listings. A sale on one account reserves the goods, and stock on other sellers’ accounts drops within minutes. GAPLI sets the selling price from the wholesale price and one margin policy, so sellers do not undercut each other. In the 24 hours before 15 October 2026 we updated 1,236,567 catalogue items.

I have my own wholesaler — can I connect it to GAPLI?

Not as a seller: in GAPLI you do not upload your own supplier’s XML file, because GAPLI is the seller and the goods must come from a wholesaler GAPLI has a contract with. You can refer the wholesaler instead — if it joins the network through your referral link, its products go into every seller’s catalogue and you earn a commission on its sales in the GCRN partner programme.

I am a wholesaler — how do I sell through GAPLI dropshippers?

You register as a supplier and connect your catalogue: an XML, CSV or JSON feed at a fixed address, a WooCommerce store or an API; without a catalogue you can add products by hand in the panel. The GAPLI team verifies the company and switches the catalogue on, and sellers list the products on their accounts and stores. Joining is free, with no commission and no listing fees: GAPLI buys the goods at your wholesale price, and you invoice ordered goods to GAPLI eCommerce PSA. You can mark selected products as private so only chosen sellers see them.
