How does dropshipping with GAPLI work in the UK?

The same way it works in Poland, where GAPLI started: you open an account, create a store and choose the United Kingdom market. The store’s market decides which company settles it, the currency and which suppliers the goods come from.

You connect a sales channel and pick products from the UK suppliers’ catalogue. GAPLI lists them, passes each order to the supplier and tracks the shipment. The supplier packs the parcel and ships it straight to your customer, so you never buy stock up front or run a warehouse.

Where do the products for a UK store come from?

A UK-market store sells stock from UK suppliers, dispatched from warehouses in the UK. Your customer gets a domestic parcel with no customs charges and no wait for an overseas delivery, and TikTok Shop UK, which requires UK dispatch, accepts these listings. The UK catalogue grows with every supplier that joins GAPLI. If you start now, you can be one of the first sellers on this market.

Do I need a UK company?

For TikTok Shop UK, yes: TikTok accepts only UK-registered businesses in the UK, and goods must be dispatched from and returned to the UK. For your own store (Shopify, WooCommerce), the store owner is responsible for their own business registration and UK tax obligations — check them with your accountant. GAPLI asks for your business details when you create the store.

I am a UK supplier — how do I sell through GAPLI?

You register as a supplier and connect your catalogue: an XML, CSV or JSON feed at a fixed address, a WooCommerce store or an API; without a catalogue you can add products by hand in the panel. Joining is free, with no commission and no listing fees: GAPLI buys the goods at your wholesale price, and you invoice ordered goods to GAPLI eCommerce LTD (Companies House 17081100). Sellers list your products on their channels, and you ship parcels straight to their customers.
