GAPLI WooCommerce integration
GAPLI connects to a WooCommerce store through its own set of WordPress plugins, downloaded from the GAPLI panel. The panel sends products with categories, variants and images to the store, syncs stock and prices every few minutes, receives orders and sends statuses and tracking numbers back. The store runs on your own hosting, over HTTPS.
Updated:
Does GAPLI work with WooCommerce?

What does the WooCommerce integration synchronise?
| Area | Works? | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Offers and products | Yes | Products are sent from the panel with title, description, variants, categories and images. Import works by SKU, so sending again updates a product instead of duplicating it. Images can be served from a CDN. |
| Stock levels | Yes | The store pulls stock changes every 5 minutes by default (adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes). Out-of-stock products can be set to zero, moved to draft or to trash — they come back when stock returns. |
| Prices | Yes | Regular and sale prices are updated together with stock; you set the markup when sending products from the panel. |
| Orders | Yes | New orders are queued in the store and sent to GAPLI on a schedule (every 5 minutes by default), with retries. |
| Order statuses | Yes | Statuses come back to WooCommerce (e.g. shipped or delivered → completed); a status never moves backwards. |
| Tracking numbers | Yes | Tracking numbers are saved on the WooCommerce order as a note. |
| Invoices | Partly | GAPLI issues the buyer’s invoice through KSeF after delivery; the invoice file is not copied into WooCommerce. |
Areas missing from the table are not described — we do not claim they work.
Also included
- Delivery methods and pick-up points from the GAPLI logistics network.
- Payments through the GAPLI gateway (Stripe): BLIK, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Przelewy24.
- Legal pages (terms, privacy and cookie policies) kept in sync with the operating company’s data.
- Marketing modules: Google Merchant, Meta Pixel, abandoned-cart recovery; the Gapli Starter theme and store builder.
What do you need to connect WooCommerce?
- PHP 8.0 or newer (8.1+ recommended), WordPress 6.4+, WooCommerce 10.0+.
- A valid HTTPS certificate and outbound connections to gapli.com allowed.
- memory_limit of at least 256 MB (512 MB recommended), max_execution_time 120 s (300 s recommended).
- The host must not block PUT and DELETE requests to the REST API.
- A working WP-Cron or a system cron job every 5 minutes — without it stock and orders stall.
- Permalinks set to “Post name”.
How do you connect WooCommerce to GAPLI?
- In the GAPLI panel: Stores → “Add store” → WooCommerce engine, store domain without “https://”.
- Download the Gapli Full Dropshipping plugin from the store card (Modules section) and install it in WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- On the welcome screen approve downloading the GAPLI modules. Later updates arrive automatically.
- The panel registers the token on the store by itself. Click “Test connection” and check the status reads “connected”.
- Create categories, pick products in the catalogue and send them to the store.
Time to the first offer: From a few hours to a few days, depending on the hosting.
Limitations
- You bring the traffic yourself — unlike a marketplace, the integration does not supply shoppers.
- Taxes, price display, delivery and payments are set centrally — a manual change in WooCommerce will be reverted.
- Products whose SKU ends with an underscore and a number (e.g. ABC_315) are treated as GAPLI products — your own products with such SKUs may have their stock set to zero.
- Without site traffic or a system cron, synchronisation does not run.
- How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
