GAPLI Kaufland integration
GAPLI connects to Kaufland Marketplace through the Seller API with a Client Key and Secret Key — no expiring tokens. It lists offers from the wholesaler catalogue matched to Kaufland products by EAN, with the price and stock at the time of listing, and imports orders into the GAPLI order list. Buyer tickets, shipping and invoices are handled in Kaufland Seller Portal.

What does the Kaufland integration synchronise?

What do you need to connect Kaufland?
- A Kaufland Seller Portal account and API keys: Client Key and Secret Key.
- Products with an EAN.
- A store in the GAPLI panel.
How do you connect Kaufland to GAPLI?
- In Kaufland Seller Portal open Settings → Shop Settings → API and generate the keys — Client Key and Secret Key.
- In GAPLI open Sales channels → Kaufland → Account list → “Add account”, choose the store and the default Kaufland marketplace, paste both keys and click “Connect account” — GAPLI checks the connection straight away.
- Select products in the catalogue, click “Send” and choose the Kaufland marketplace.
- You can be one of the first sellers on Kaufland through GAPLI. If something does not work, report it in the panel under “Report a problem” — we will fix it or extend the feature.
Limitations
- On Kaufland marketplaces with a currency other than the złoty (e.g. Germany — EUR) check the price before sending products: GAPLI does not convert it at an exchange rate.
- An offer’s stock and price do not update by themselves after listing, and you handle shipping, tracking numbers and buyer tickets in Kaufland Seller Portal.
- How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
