GAPLI Erli integration
GAPLI connects to Erli through the seller API using an API key. It sends offers from partner wholesalers’ catalogue, keeps stock and prices in sync, imports orders (including through Erli webhooks), sends statuses and tracking numbers back and handles buyer messages. You need a business seller account on Erli. The channel sells in Poland.

What does the Erli integration synchronise?

What do you need to connect Erli?
- A business seller account on Erli, verified with NIP and REGON numbers, with an active shop.
- Set up on Erli: PayU payments, shipping rate tables, terms of sale and GPSR data (manufacturer and responsible person).
- An API key generated in the Erli panel — the integration does not use OAuth.
- A store in the GAPLI panel to attach the account to (a virtual store is enough).
How do you connect Erli to GAPLI?
- Generate an API key in the Erli seller panel.
- In GAPLI open the Erli module → “Add account”, enter an account name and paste the API key.
- GAPLI tests the key and, once saved, creates the account’s sales documents (returns, complaints, warranty) from global templates.
- Work through the account’s activation checklist in the panel — without it, offers may show but cannot be bought.
- Pick products in the catalogue and send them to Erli.
Limitations
- Polish market only (erli.pl).
- Without a fully configured Erli account (payments, delivery, terms of sale) offers cannot be bought.
- How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
