GAPLI eMAG integration

The GAPLI eMAG integration is in beta. It connects through the eMAG API (API username and password), lists offers with names and descriptions translated by AI, syncs stock and net prices converted from PLN at the NBP rate, imports orders, sends statuses back and handles messages and returns. Tracking numbers and invoices are not passed to eMAG yet.

Updated:

What does the eMAG integration synchronise?

AreaWorks?Details
Offers and productsYesOffers are sent in batches; names and descriptions are translated by AI and categories assigned automatically.
Stock levelsYesStock is synchronised automatically; offers are switched on and off depending on availability.
PricesYeseMAG works with net prices: GAPLI removes Polish VAT, converts PLN to RON, HUF or EUR at the NBP rate and adds the eMAG commission.
OrdersYesOrders are imported and acknowledged in eMAG automatically.
Order statusesYesStatuses are sent back to eMAG according to a status mapping.
Tracking numbersNoTracking numbers are not passed to eMAG yet.
InvoicesNoBuyer invoices are not passed to eMAG yet.
MessagesYesMessages and claims from eMAG are synchronised to the panel.
Returns and cancellationsYesReturns (RMA) are read from eMAG into GAPLI.

Areas missing from the table are not described — we do not claim they work.

What do you need to connect eMAG?

  • An eMAG seller account and API credentials (username and password).
  • The GAPLI server IP address added to the IP whitelist in the eMAG panel — otherwise the API rejects calls.
  • A store in the GAPLI panel.

How do you connect eMAG to GAPLI?

  1. Register as an eMAG seller and read your API username and password in the technical details section of the eMAG panel.
  2. Add the GAPLI server IP address to the eMAG whitelist.
  3. In GAPLI open the eMAG module → “Add account”, choose the region (Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary) and the store, and enter the API credentials.
  4. Click “Test connection”.

Limitations

  • Beta: the integration works, but its scope and behaviour may still change.
  • Tracking numbers and invoices are not sent to eMAG yet.
  • An offer waits to be sent until its AI translation is ready.
  • How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
