GAPLI Allegro integration

GAPLI connects to Allegro through the official API and OAuth authorisation. It lists offers from partner wholesalers’ catalogue, keeps stock, prices and handling time in sync, imports orders, sends statuses and tracking numbers back, and attaches the KSeF invoice to the order. You need a business Allegro account. Offers can also appear on allegro.cz, allegro.sk and allegro.hu.

What do you need to connect Allegro?

  • A business Allegro account. After authorisation GAPLI checks that Allegro returns a tax number (NIP) for it — an account without company data waits until you add it.
  • An account verified and not blocked by Allegro, allowed to list offers.
  • Two-step verification (2FA) switched on for the Allegro account — without it authorisation is sometimes rejected.
  • A store in the GAPLI panel to attach the account to. For Allegro alone a virtual store is enough — no domain or hosting.
  • A funded Order Fulfilment Pool — it pays for each order once the buyer has paid on Allegro.

How do you connect Allegro to GAPLI?

  1. Create a GAPLI account and add a store (Stores → “Add store”; for Allegro alone choose the “virtual” engine).
  2. In the Allegro module click “Connect Allegro account”, pick the store and continue to the Allegro login page.
  3. Log in to Allegro and approve access for the GAPLI app. GAPLI never sees your password.
  4. Back in the panel, GAPLI creates return, complaint and warranty terms on the account and assigns the global shipping rate tables.
  5. Fund the Order Fulfilment Pool, pick products in the catalogue and send them to Allegro.

Time to the first offer: Usually the same day.

Limitations

  • Allegro caps the number of active offers per account. Once the cap is reached, new offers wait until space frees up.
  • Products without an EAN, with phrases or in categories Allegro blocks, and sanctioned goods are not listed.
  • Suspiciously large wholesale price drops from imports are held for review before they reach Allegro.
  • Offer descriptions may only use the HTML tags Allegro allows, and one account cannot list the same catalogue product twice.
  • Shipping rate tables managed by Allegro under Smart! are read-only.
  • How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
