GAPLI TikTok Shop integration
The GAPLI TikTok Shop integration is in beta. You connect a TikTok shop through OAuth to the GAPLI app in TikTok Partner Center. GAPLI lists products from wholesalers in the same country as the shop, syncs stock and prices, imports orders, and handles shipping with tracking numbers and cancellation requests. It works for shops in Poland and the United Kingdom.

What does the TikTok Shop integration synchronise?

What do you need to connect TikTok Shop?
- TikTok Shop PL: a registered Polish business (sole trader or company), identity and address verification, an EU business bank account, a separate e-mail and phone per shop, an official TikTok account and a GAPLI store on the Polish market.
- TikTok Shop UK: a UK-registered company or sole trader, a UK-resident director, stock shipped from the UK and a UK bank account in GBP. A Polish company cannot open TikTok Shop UK.
- A product must come from a wholesaler on the same market as the shop, flagged as TikTok-ready (ships within 2 working days), be in stock and have images.
How do you connect TikTok Shop to GAPLI?
- In GAPLI open the TikTok Shop module → “Connect TikTok shop” and choose a GAPLI store from the same country.
- Log in with the main TikTok Shop seller account and approve access.
- Pick products and send them to TikTok Shop. The consent expires — you renew it in the panel when GAPLI asks.
Limitations
- Beta: the integration works, but its scope and behaviour may still change.
- Connecting requires the GAPLI app to be approved by TikTok; until then the panel shows the channel as “in preparation”.
- Campaigns (videos, affiliates, ads) are not available yet; the integration does not handle invoices.
- How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
