GAPLI Aderlo integration
Aderlo is a partner marketplace whose range comes from the GAPLI catalogue. You do not create offers or set prices — you join the sale of chosen products, and orders for them are assigned in turn to the sellers who joined. You open the account in the GAPLI panel, with no API key and no separate Aderlo registration.

| Stock levels | Yes | Availability is checked in GAPLI at the moment of purchase. |
| Prices | Yes | The GAPLI catalogue sets the price; sales below purchase cost are blocked. |
| Orders | Yes | Aderlo orders reach GAPLI automatically; an order with several sellers’ products is split into separate orders. |
| Order statuses | Yes | Order statuses are made available to Aderlo through the GAPLI API. |
| Tracking numbers | Yes | Tracking numbers are made available to Aderlo together with the order status. |
| Messages | Yes | Buyer messages are passed in both directions. |
| Returns and cancellations | Yes | Cancellations, refunds and refund requests are handled through the API between Aderlo and GAPLI. |
Areas missing from the table are not described — we do not claim they work.
What do you need to connect Aderlo?
- A GAPLI account and a store in the panel to attach the Aderlo account to.
- You need no API key and no account on the Aderlo site — the account is active immediately.
How do you connect Aderlo to GAPLI?
- In the GAPLI panel open the Aderlo module → “Add Aderlo account”, enter a name and pick the store.
- Open the Aderlo catalogue in the panel and join the sale of the products you choose.
- When a customer buys a product, the order goes to the seller whose turn it is in that product’s queue, and on to fulfilment.
Limitations
- You cannot set your own price or offer content.
- Orders for a product are shared in turn among the sellers who joined — not every one will come to you.
- Aderlo settlement does not use the Order Fulfilment Pool.
- How many products you can join depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
