GAPLI eBay integration
The GAPLI eBay integration is in beta. You connect an eBay account through OAuth; GAPLI creates shipping, payment and return policies from global templates, lists offers within the account’s selling limits, syncs stock and prices converted at the NBP rate, imports orders and returns, and sends tracking numbers back. The countries it sells to are listed below, from the channel registry.

Does GAPLI work with eBay?
Yes, in beta. The eBay integration works, but its scope and behaviour may still change.

What does the eBay integration synchronise?

What do you need to connect eBay?
- A business eBay account from the same country as the GAPLI store’s market, with seller registration completed in Seller Hub (identity verification).
- New eBay accounts have low selling limits — GAPLI respects them.
- For eBay.de: a LUCID packaging registration number (plus WEEE and BattG where relevant) and the manufacturer data GPSR requires.
How do you connect eBay to GAPLI?
- In GAPLI open the eBay module → “Connect eBay account” and choose the store.
- Log in with the business eBay account and approve access.
- GAPLI creates shipping, payment and return policies and the warehouse location; then you send products.
Limitations
- Beta: the integration works, but its scope and behaviour may still change.
- Disconnecting the account in GAPLI does not end live eBay listings.
- The integration does not send invoices to eBay.
- How many products you can list in the channel depends on your store’s GAPLI plan.
